HSM for DU 3.2c

Hi all,
        I've been looking for a Hierarchical Storage Management utility for
Digital UNIX 3.2c... Does anyone know of any products?
        The "Networker Save and Restore (v4.3)" product has HSM, but requires a
minimum of DU4.0A.
        Any help would be greatly appreciated...
