Gigaswitch/FDDI and Clearvision MC Mgr

Hi Folks,

I'm having a little trouble getting my ClearVision Multi-Chassis Manager
to see my Gigaswitch/FDDI. The GS is on a closed network connecting
about a half dozen systems together, and doing a pretty good job at it.
The CV/MCMgr software is loaded on a computer that does not have access
to this FDDI network. I have set up one of the computers on the FDDI
netowrk with routing, and I have set a static route on the CV/MCMgr
system to go through this routing computer (they are on the same
Ethernet network). Using this scheme, I can communicate between the
CV/MCMgr computer and the systems on the FDDI network, but I can't seem
to reach the GS/FDDI. On the GS/FDDI, I have assigned it an IP address,
which is what I'm using on the CV/MCMgr system to try to reach it. I've
also added static routes on the GS/FDDI to go through the routing
computer. Is there something else I need to do? How is CV/MCMgr
normally used to by a non-FDDI computer to access a GS/FDDI that does
not have an Ethernet interface?

Thanks in advance for any information.
