Hello,

I'd like to know what is the package:
"VMS Emultaion and Interoperability Software" (BBCBASE101)

I just upgraded a machine from DU 4.0 to 4.0b and I didn't
find this package in any documentation, so I would like
to know its function.
Eventually, from where I can get it?
