Quota grace period for individual users?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there's a way to change a quota grace period for an
individual user? I'm running quotas on an advfs file system, Digital
Unix 4.0D.

I've tried
    edquota -t <username>
and
    edquota -t -u <username>

In both cases, the grace period change seemed to be global for all users
on the file system.

Additionally, I've read (in the FAQ), some unclear information. If the
grace period is set to 0, is it then the default (7 days), or is it zero
days?
