I have HP jetdirect's controlling laser and dot matrix printers, when I send print jobs from my ERP software (MFG PRO on Progress 8.2C) it truncates the top part of the print job, some times all of it.
Sending the job from a prompt the complete print job works ok.
Any suggestions to help this, changing the time out from 90 Secons up to 120 or down to 15 Seconds doesn't seem to have made a difference.
