Serial console managers for cisco, sun, and alpha systems

I know that people out there have good solutions for managing serial
consoles. I'm not looking for a termservers;i.e, cisco 2511. I don't
want to have to telnet to a port to get to the terminals. I want to
display them on a PC connected to a KVM switch in our computer room.

Requirements:
1) Mananage Cisco, Digital Unix, and Sun serial consoles
2) Scroll Back logging
3) Single connection (no xterm for each device)
4) Runs on a PC (Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris X86, MS-DOS, 95, NT, etc...)
