Seems that this message is only for informational purpose and is sent by
the dynamic IP driver. I apologize because it has already been discussed; I
should have checked the archives (shame on me !)...

This is an informational message only and indicates that the dynamic IP
driver is doing it's job to handle an increase in network traffic. No
corrective action is required.
