Hello Alpha Managers
Does anyone know what the following error message is, recorded by the OS and
presumably sent by the controller (HSZ70 StorageWorks
> RAID Agent)?
>
tailing the /nsr/logs/messages file gives me:
[hostname] steamd[2938]: WARNING: Unable to execute command - Realloc()
error (SP_SCSI: ScsiExecCli)
ps-ef|grep 2938 >
root 2938 ... /usr/opt/SWCC200/bin/steamd -S -F
The diirectory, /usr/opt/SWCC200/bin doesn't tell me much neither do the
hsz70 manuals. Searching the internet for "steamd" also did not help. I am
wondering if this has anything to do with fragmentation and the way advfs
uses swap? If anyone does know where I can get info on this then it may be
useful for subsequent messages (if there is some form of manual for this
interface).
