Process accounting

Is it possible to obtain real, user and system time used per process, per
user under DEC Unix 4.0B? I've played around a bit with the accounting
under DU4.0B and figured out how to get user and system time for each
command and user by using the sa -u command, but the -u flag unfortunately
disables the other flags.
