Hello again -
I need to add a little more information to my previous post.
Graham Allan <ALLAN_at_mnhep1.hep.umn.edu> responded and mentioned
there was a patch(maybe - might be system related) available as
a fix for this problem.
What I forgot to include is that this is the first time this
event occurred in at least 3 months(that I can remember).
Due to crashing problems with our system, anything that
occurred before Dec. 97 unrelated to the crashes was given a
back seat. This locked conditioned occurred after having 0 problems
for 35 days(a record for us).
I am hoping that the problem remains a rare occurrence, so if the
only solution is to reboot, it won't be too much of a hassle.
I will look into the patch information. I believe we have the Jumbo
patch #4 installed.
