Semaphore variable SEMMNU equivalent in DU4.0b?

Could anyone tell me where I can find/ adjust the SEMMNU (from our Ultrix
O/S) semaphore variable in DU 4.0b? Has its name changed under DU, or is
it no longer valid under DU? The SEMMNU variable is normally found in our
sem.h file under Ultrix.

Any help would be appreciated.
