Hi gurus,
In my original post, I reported two problems.
1) X errors from Networker Admin (nwadmin) when remotely displayed
onto a AlphaStation 600 5/266 (OS V4.0c 564) which has a ZLXp-L2
graphics card. And,
2) The CDE xdm display occasionally freeze, termination of the current
session to the console screen the returning to the X login prompt.
On the whole, the two problems have not been fully resolved.
But thanks to;
"Ib Koersner, The Svedberg Lab, Uppsala, Sweden" <koersner_at_tsl.uu.se>
"Knut [iso-8859-1] Helleb" <Knut.Hellebo_at_nho.hydro.com>
for their useful help. Both correctly pointed out that the ZLXp-L2
graphics card relies heavily on Open3D, which must be fully installed.
I believe that the first problem of 'Unaligned access pid=#' error seems
to solely stem from Networker Admin (nwadmin). I can not reproduces these
errors from other software such as DECevent (xdia).
As for the second (related?) problem... this is still unresolved. Further
information would be warmly accepted.
Regards,
Rich
