I have Just Upgraded a AlphaServer 1000 4/233 from DU 3.2C -> 4.0B

There is a Cirrus Logic SVGA (512 kbyte) Card as the local buss video;
prior to upgrade, the line in the config file looked like:
(Booting generic kernel and running "doconfig")

        controller vga0 at eisa0 slot 13 vector vgaintr

now it looks like (after enabling with the ECU floppy):

        controller cirrus0 at eisa0 slot 13

The question is, how I bring up logins via the CDE dialog box, after I
do a:

>>> set console serial
>>> init

It used to come up *auto-magically*, now all I get is a Blue Screen

Do I need to fiddle with gettys, inittab, etc.???
