SUMMARY: Changing IPC values

  Basically all of the above suggested on of the two methods. (Both works).

   1. edit the /etc/sysconfigtab and add the entry for ipc : and the new
value for shm-max.
       Will be effective upon next reboot.

  2. use dxkerneltuner and select ipc service then change the shm-max
parameter.


  I edited the /etc/sysconfigtab and included the ipc enteries . It works
fine.
