With many thanks to rjackson_at_portal.gmu.edu, Here is a fix. I've applied
this to 20+ workstations here with immediate benefit.
DEC-droids: please see if you can get this added to sysconfigtab...
kdbx is on the optional s/w cd-rom and can be run as a standalone binary
so you only need to do the setld on server, and then run as root as required.
