Hello,
We are having problems with some user accounts (not all). When we
create an application,
an error comes up saying....
/usr/dt/bin/sdtdbcache failed couldn't recreate the Desktop
Actions/Datatypes
Database in /var/tmp. Check diskspace and/or permissions.
This error doesn't effect anything as everything gets created ok,
however, I need
to get rid of this error message that pops up. The user(s) can write to
/var/tmp
and there is plenty of space in /var/tmp.
I do see there is no sdtdbcache_ipaddress:0 file for the users in
question in /var/tmp.
The permissions on the directory /var/tmp are drwxrwxrwt root.system.
anyone have any suggestions on this? We are running DU 4.0b on the
alpha server
and running reflection X from a pc.
thanks,
Allan
