They all hit the nail on the head: I was trying to boot from the
network rather than from the hard drive. I had to change
bootdef_dev from ewa0.0.0.6.0 to dka0.0.0.9.0. For the record I told
my co-worker to check all of those variables and I was under the
impression that he had, but he hadn't.
