Help with cpu panic codes

Hi,

The cpu shut down Saturday for unknown reasons. We cannot figure out
what the information in crash-data is trying to tell us. Among the
lines that could be important are:

...
_panic_string: 0xfffffc00004d13b0 = "Machine check - Hardware error"
_paniccpu: 0
_panic_thread: 0xfffffc00061fbb80
...
Alpha PC machine check type 0x670.
...

Does this mean anything to anybody? Is there something else I should
be looking at/for?
