OK I got by the error 79's. I looked at the /usr/var/join directory
and all the files were there, but zero length, so lacking any other
ideas, I deleted the dot-hsh files. Sure enough they were
immediately created again, but at 32k length. Now I'm getting a
continuous stream of these messages:
DB is not writable: locked by another process
stop other process or remove the lock file /var/join/rwlock
DB is not writable: locked by another process
stop other process or remove the lock file /var/join/rwlock
If I delete the file, it is immediately recreated and the messages
continue...
Any ideas?
