Hello managers,
i apologize for the wasted bandwidth!
This time again, i have been too fast for myself...
In my last mail i stated, that i was not able to connect at my PWS433au
a second scsi-controller and "see" the attached disk(s) after config-
booting...
This is true for one slot - the one directly "under" the one where the
controller for the internal wide scsi "sits". There i did not have success
with whatever i tried...
But as a last frustrated try i plugged in the controller one slot "deeper"
and - oooohhhhh: it works! What a miracle again with that confusing
machine (from the scsi point of view).
Now i run diskx to get an idea about reliability of this not-supported(!)
second scsi-controller and the devices behind...
With regards,
Bernt Christandl
