verify hosts.equiv DU4.0B

Dear Managers,
I'm fairly certain I know the answer to this, but would prefer
to verify it just to make sure I have it correct.

1.) Does DU4.0B come with the hosts.equiv line
#NO_PLUS or
NO_PLUS

2.) Which is more secure from the systems administrator's
standpoint?
