[Q[ ULTRIX partition?

Each time my system boots, the last few lines in /var/adm/messages is:

Apr 16 18:54:18 lancelot vmunix: SCSI logical disk 0: using ULTRIX
partition info found on disk.
Apr 16 18:55:59 lancelot vmunix: SCSI logical disk 0: using ULTRIX
partition info found on disk.
Apr 16 18:58:20 lancelot vmunix: WARNING: too many System corrected
errors detected on cpu 0. Reporting suspended.

Why would the OS think it had found an old ultrix partition when I just
newly built my system, clean disklabels and all? I've only seen it on
the 4.0D systems. I thought to get rid of it by applying the patch DEC
just put out - but it's still there.

Thanks,
