DEC 3000/M700 Info

Hi fellow unix junkies,

I just got a hold of a Dec 3000/M700, and I'm looking for a good website
that might have information on its' motherboard, serial port speed, etc.

I have docs on a 3000/600, and it looks close, but I'm sure there are a
few diffs. Mostly I need info on the max serial port speed, and how to
set it, via SRM? or a DU tty manager... most of my experience comes from
the Sun world, so I might be missing a DU utility for managing serial
ports.
