vmunix: fcntl: Local lock-manager not registered

I'm in the process of trying to dig up what the message shown in the
subject line refers to. It started showing up on May 1st, and is
flooding /var/adm/messages. The DEC web site isn't much help so
far.

Anyone have any clues?
