Hi Gurus,

We have installed DU 4.0b from scratch on a DEC 3000-300X (formerly
it had DU 3.2d) and after opening several windows on CDE and after
logout some dtscreen processes still remain active as can be seen below:

# ps axu|grep portilho
portilho 917 95.8 0.1 3.59M 80K ?? R N 17:00:42 02:50:06 distancia880parte1.exe
portilho 1071 13.2 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:23:18 0:00.37 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1075 10.2 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:26:18 0:00.36 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1052 9.0 0.3 8.09M 168K ?? R N 17:54:38 0:00.37 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1065 7.3 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:17:18 0:00.42 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1077 7.3 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:29:18 0:00.36 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank

root 2900 1.0 0.2 1.57M 136K ttyp0 S N+ 19:57:02 0:00.03 grep portilho
portilho 1082 0.3 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:35:18 0:00.37 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1048 0.1 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:03:38 0:00.37 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1074 0.0 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:20:18 0:00.37 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1084 0.0 0.7 8.09M 464K ?? R N 18:38:19 0:00.36 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank
portilho 1050 0.0 0.1 8.09M 48K ?? R N 17:51:40 0:00.40 /usr/dt/bin/dtscreen -mode blank

Those processes are jamming the CPU :

# w
19:56 up 23:59, 1 user, load average: 14.07, 14.05, 14.03
User tty from login_at_ idle JCPU PCPU what
portilho p0 lithium.fis.unb. 19:56

Has anybody seen this? Workarounds?
