Hi all,
I have here a minor problem. Using CDE on a V4.0d Workstation
after some idle time the screen is locked requiring password
input from the user. Now the situation is the user cannot login
with his password again. Maybe somebody else made some unsuccessful
attempts to login. (Login from other terminals with that
password is possible)
Exists there a similar feature that the system makes further logins
impossible in such a case (e.g. in VMS the line is locked as
Breakin, Intrusion and one can reset the line by dlete /intrusion)
We have no enhanced security enabled (as to my knowledge).
What can I do as root to get the workstation back for the user
(without reboot)?
