Thanks to Bob Adams and Kevin Partin to directing me to the
solution.
        The question is attached in the end. Fortunately, the console
        can be acquired by connecting a VT terminal to the COM1 port
        on the back of the AS600. My console environment variable got
        clobbered when upgrading the firmware and now I do not have
        the correct variable in the AlphaBIOS screen. I was able to
        get the console now.
        I wish someone can tell me what the CONSOLEIN and CONSOLEOUT
        variable needs to be setup as for an AS600 with the ZLXp-L2
        grahics card.
