Came in this morning and put a tape in the tape drive. 10 minutes later
all hell breaks loose. Turns out tlz06 on scsi0 was issuing bus resets
caused by cam errors, loads of errors for all devices on scsi0 in the
uerf.

The question is what is DEC SIM? and should I be concerned about the
other errors on the bus (I am assuming they were caused by the resets).
