DEC has just charged one of our customers for upgrade releases from DU4.0c
to DU4.0e. I was told by a DEC customer service agent in MA via telephone
that an upgrade license is necessary for going from 4.0c to 4.0e.
Should they claim their money back ????
(Sorry, this may be out of topic, but I thought this is important for
everyone)
