ssh for 4.0b?

Where can I find an ssh server for Dec Unix 4.0B?

 I've tried looking at http://www.ssh.org and
ftp://ftp.replay.com/pub/crypto/crypto/SSH/
But only seem to find the clients, unless I'm mistaken...
