TL891 Library Jammed!

Anybody?

We have a drive fault on our DLT891Tape Library that won't clear.

We have tried:
Power cycling the module
nsrjb -H (to reset the jukebox - the command just hangs..... :-P )

The troubleshooting sections for the Minilibrary (DLT891) and the drive
itself (TZ89) are woefully inadequate.
