Screen configuration

        I have a problem with the configuration of screen in a
        PWS500 with a COMPAQ P110 Monitor.

        I had used a PC VGA monitor to configure the workstation,
        and then when i connect The P110 the screen configuration
        is VGA 640x480 with 16 colours
        I have a ELSA GLORIA video card, and i tried to change
        the resolution with the suggestions of the mailing lists
        but I think that it is omething related to the kernel
        configuration.


        I have also placed a Call to Compaq Italia
