Problem booting xp1000 via network

Dear Managers,

I'm trying to boot a new xp1000 machine as a diskless client. On the
server there is Tru64 Unix V4.0E installed. The machine crashes (see
the boot mesage at the end of this mail). I tried different kernels:
the original created by the dmu utility, one created on an xp1000 with
TU 4.0E, another one created on an xp1000 with TU 4.0F: result remains
the same.

I can boot from this installation an AlphaStation 255 and PWS 433 au.

What do I miss?

TIA
Gerhard
