quick response from alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com who said the part number for
the tlz09 book was:
Digital part number EK-TLZ09-OM.C01
can't find it on the web, so i will ask compaq to send us one, as it would
be just too useful to not have around . . . . .
the lights did indicate (third one blinking 4 seconds on, one second off)
the drive was dirty as i had thought. seems the cleaning tapes don't die
as i expected (like ejecting or something) so i missed the tape was used
up. time to order some more cleaning tapes!
