change password lifetime for all users in C2?

Hi everyone,

I wonder if anyone knows a way (either a global setting or a
script) of changing every user's password lifetime (all to the
same lifetime e.g. two years) without going into dxaccounts for
each one? The other thing is it can't use perl as they don't like perl
being on all the machines. Running C2 security, DU 4.0E pk2.
