Does anyone have any experience with using the class scheduler in
DU4.0d - 5.0 with Oracle? We are trying to limit the amount of cpu
time groups get on our 8400. We are running multiple (30+) Oracle
databases using different listeners, owners and groups for each instance.
The problem is that management has promised 5% of the box to some
customers, 10% to others and 40% to another. We would like to give
the customers paying the most what they are paying for by limiting
everyone. Can this be done with the class scheduler? Or should we
try another tool such as LoadLeveller, NQE, or LSF?
TIA,
Jon
