Many thanks to all the contributors. I think John Clifton and Marco
Luchini got it first. The memory file system does not create all the
requisite devices so you first need to cd /dev and MAKEDEV rz0.

Several people said you didnt need the -t which I agree and that rz0a was
what was wanted. However I point out that I was following EXACTLY what
was in the book. Shouldnt these procedures cover everything you need to
do in such an emergency?
