SWCC Agent (version 2.04) for TU4.0F with RA3000

Dear list,
I'm trying to install the StorageWorks Command Console agent on a DS20
running Tru64Unix version 4.0f (+ patchkit 2) with a RA-3000 disk subsystem.
The RA3000 has the latest firmware version (D11S), and I keep getting the
following error messages from the agent by mail:

WARNING: Unknown storage subsystem - Error - Invalid storage subsystem:
  subsys1 (SP_TCP: ProcessRequest)

The messages are repeated from 'subsys1' to 'subsys5' every now and then.
The storage.ini-file in /usr/opt/SWCC204/etc looks like this:

  ra3000|300|30|9|1|00004001 |00012215 |D11S|rrzg69c|none|1|rrzg69c|

What baffles me is that I don't have a 'subsys1' listed in my storage.ini
file or any other configuration file, and I still keep getting error
messages concerning 'subsys1' to 'subsys5'. The agent (steamd(8)) is running
with the S & F flags, so it's not supposed to scan the bus or try to fail
over to another device.

I'm unable to connect to the agent using the SWCC 2.1 (HSZ Storage Window)
software (it does not detect any subsystems), so I'm basically running this
system without any systematic monitoring at present.

Anyone been here?
