netscape 4.5 core dumps on D/U 4.0F

Hi group,

     I have a digital unix 4.0F system running netscape 4.5. When I click
on HOME icon to read file:/usr/doc/netscape/Digital_UNIX.html. I receive
a segmentation fault netscape (core dumped).
Does anyone have any ideas why I am unable to read a html file?
