URGENT: Shutdown RA3000/HSZ22 and now it's not seen by DU!

Sorry if this is a little sketchy, but I'm trying to get the system back
up...

I used SWCC to shutdown my HSZ22 controller and I added a second shelf.
I've got everything cabled as before, with the exception of the second
shelf cabled in.

Now I can see the HSZ22, but no devices on it.
ARC shows SCSI2 isp1 but no devices.

I can't reload the config from floppy - it gives me an error.
DU never sees any devices on SCSI 2.

Any ideas ?
