Setting up IP via DHCP...

I'm wanting to use DHCP to configure an ethernet interface. I've got this
interesting problem...

The dhcpconf command will only work if the interface is already configured
with an IP address on the same subnet as the server.

This seems a tiny bit pointless!

Where am I going wrong?

This is on Tru64 4.0f patch kit 1.

TIA

Jonathan
