The answer is:

There is no way to "unpack" a "NET-APP-SUP-200" PAK that's registered in
      the LMF.

In Alan Davis's word:
You need to install the NAS200 kit from either the Software
Program Library CD kit or the NAS CD. The install routine
looks for a "NET-APP-SUP-*" license to determine which
packages to install. The individual packages and their
licenses will be installed from the NAS200 subset.

Please note that the NAS, as such, have been retired and
the individual products repackaged either as separate items
or as a part of another kit. Contact your sales rep or
contract administrator for information on trading in your
NAS200 license on the updated kits.

And in Randy Rodgers' word:
Once the NAS subsets have been installed, run /usr/bin/nasinstall.
