Once again, thanks for the quick responses. I am still working on the
problem, but here answers to some questions I have received:
- I am running in a cluster
- I am not running NIS nor am I having any network problems.
- I deleted my .dt directory and .dtprofile, but no effect.
- I have not modified my .dtprofile
- Another suggestion was to reset my xdisplay manager. I did this, but the
problem still exists. I changed my xdisplay manager to xdm and logged in
with no problem. When I changed it backed to cde, the screen hung again.
Any further suggestions?
