Dear all,

- Running True64 4.0E on a 2100

- I have a spare disk onto which I would like to copy all the file
systems that
are on the boot disk (/, /var and /usr + swap files) in case it
crashes.

- Question: what is the best way to do this?
. first partition the spare disk exactly as the original one?
  . go single user?
. then make a dump? With dump, or something else?

Thank you for your help,

Jean-loup
