Here are the answers so far

First update the with PK5.

This is a quick note regarding the Tru64 version and patch level you are
installing - to be Y2K compliant requires PK3 or over and there are fixes
for AdvFS problems on PK5 that are recommended if you are using AdvFS.

Better wait for Tru64 V5.0

You need to wait until Tru64 V5.0 for dual pathing.

We've setup a similar config using Software mirroring (LSM) it's OK a long a
you tell EMC where to put your units: you need to be sure that 2 plexes
belonging to the same volume reside on disks with two *totaly* different
path. (different SCSI host bus and EMC internal controller, buses, etc...)

Make sure to have the latest firmware

Our 8400 (V4.0D + pk2) had only KZPSA's connected to HSZ50's. We added 10 x
KZPBA-CB's which were connected to the EMC. At the >>> prompt we could see
all the devices offered by the EMC. We had a hell of a job keeping the
system up though. We had weird problems booting GENVMUNIX (to do a kernel
rebuild). It kept crashing mid boot with memory errors. We checked each
memory board and found all were good with no problems. When we did manage
to boot genvmunix and generated a new kernel (to support the KZPBA's), the
system also crashed when booting from the new kernel.

Eventually, we disabled ALL the EMC disks (via the switches on the EMC) and
everything worked just fine. We only did this Thursday evening/Friday
morning so have not yet resolved the issue.

I suspect - and its only a guess - the console firmware may be the culprit.
Our system is running V5.1 (Jan '98). I wonder if this has problems with
KZPBA's (my system was ONLY running KZPSA's). I have another similar system
with a mixture of KZPBA's and KZPSA which is running V5.3 just fine.
However this other system does not have an EMC connected.

Original question

We need to install the following configuration:
    ASE 1.5 + Tru64 4.0.D ( +patch kit 2 ) using 6 shared Ultra SCSI busses
( KZPBA-CB) and ONE EMC2 storage ( 3930) with EMC2 Power path software.
   So questions are :
How to setup disk services ( any specific advise for Power path ) ?
What appends while one SCSI channel goes down ? ( Power path seems to
hide the failure and uses an other channel )
Thanks to clarify and sharing your experiences.

So this not the complete answer I was waiting for as the ASE experiences.

We may face some problems .

I am still waiting for more answers.
