SUMMARY: mount option 'nogrpid' has no effect

What I was trying to do was setting the mount option 'nogrpid' in order to
change the way the gid is being assigned to new files, however this had no
effect and I was wondering why this was the case...

Thanks to:

    Dr. Tom Blinn, 603-884-0646 <tpb_at_doctor.zk3.dec.com>

Tom made me realize that I missed a very important and essential point in
the mount manual page, this option applies to NFS only, not to UFS resp.
AdvFS in my case!
Moreover he adviced me to set the 'sys_v_mode' parameter in the 'vfs'
subsystem, which can be done by adding it to /etc/sysconfigtab and doing a
restart as this parameter CANNOT be changed on the fly.

Thanks again!
