The answer from Compaq is, NO. The "Systems and Options Catalog" web page
<
http://www.digital.com/info/SOHOME/SOHOMEHM.HTM> also agrees with the folks
on the phone. The KZPBA & KZPAC are supported, but not the older KZPSA.
Also, as a follow-up to my message, the cards and the disks attached were
visible at the SRM console, but upon booting to the generic kernel, these
errors appeared:
[begin error message]
pza0 at pci1000 slot 9
asr = 0x200
cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
cam_logger: bus 3
spo_adap_reinit
Adapter State couldn't be set
ccfg_simattach(): SIM Attach Failed, sim_init() reported FAILURE - Retry.
pza0 not probed
pza in slot 9 not configured.
pza0 at pci1000 slot 10
asr = 0x200
cam_logger: CAM_ERROR packet
cam_logger: bus 3
spo_adap_reinit
Adapter State couldn't be set
ccfg_simattach(): SIM Attach Failed, sim_init() reported FAILURE - Retry.
pza0 not probed
pza in slot 10 not configured.
[end error message]
Thanks to Dr. Tom Blinn for his reply and recommending that I search for the
"Systems & Options Catalog" off of the web site.

Is it possible to run a KZPSA in a Personal Workstation 600au? When I
installed two of them into the box, I got errors while it was polling the
two cards (I was booting with genvmunix).
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
John
