AGAIN: file-on-file mount ??

And I still do not know why it appears only on this machine. In some
Versions of DU it was possible choose File on File File System when
configureing the kernel (I saw it on some web pages). But not on
4.0d and 4.0f.

So, which modules/programs/... are responsible for this file-on-file
mount??
