fsck allocation error

Hi. We've had a brief power failure, and there is a problem with a new
disk set that we have installed recently. It unmounted uncleanly, and
when we try to fsck it, it fails with this error:

/sbin/ufs_fsck /dev/rrz0c
** /dev/rrz0c
cannot alloc 200256002 bytes for lncntp

Has anyone seen this error before? I don't see any reference to lncntp in
the archives. A link count? It's a huge stripe set, if I understand
correctly. I think the normal size of it is 400 Gb, sorry not to be sure
about this.

This is a 4.0F system, upgraded somewhat recently.

Thanks for any hints!
