Hello Admins,

You people are lightening fast with your answers -- Thanks!!!

>From alan_at_nabeth.cxo.dec.com I got this:

Compaq Analyze. There may be a kit on the Associated
Products CDROM. I think current versions only have a
graphic interface, but there is work being done on a
        version with a CLI interface.

Responding with similar info were:
John P Speno <speno_at_isc.upenn.edu>
Sunil Kurupath <sunil_at_alf.dec.com>

Also, Ron Bramblett <bramblett_at_fullerbrush.com> reminded me
to consider sys_check. I'd forgotten about that utility. I
need to remember to use it also.

Thank you all again.

Subject: "uerf/decevent-like" reporting utility for DS20

Hello Admins,

Does anyone know the name of the utility that I should use
to generate error reporting for an AlphaServer DS20 these days?
Someone from Compaq tech support was explaining to me how
to run the RCU (RAID Config Utility) for the single-channel
RAID controller (KZPAC-AA) that came with it, and happened to
mention that instead of using uerf or DECevent (dia), I should
use something called "Compaq ____________". I just cannot
remember the name. Do you have a guess as to what it is?
